CANCELLATION POLICY

We will take your credit card number when you make a reservation

  • If customer cancels within 72 hours of the scheduled trip - full refund
  • If customer cancels within 24 hours - 50% of trip will be charged
  • If customer cancels on the day of the trip - 100% will be charged
  • If Storm King Adventure Tours cancels trip due to inclement weather - full refund
